Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: September 30, 2026
Pavers West Hills wants every visitor to be able to read this site and reach the contractor, whatever device or assistive technology they use. If something here gets in your way, we want to hear about it.
The standard we work to
We aim for Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1. That covers things like readable color contrast, text that can be enlarged, a label on every form field, and pages that work with a keyboard alone. We treat it as the target we test against, not a badge.
How the site is checked
An automated accessibility scan, axe, runs on every page at a phone width and at a desktop width each time the site changes. Automated tools miss things a person would notice, so a hands-on review with only a keyboard, and then with a screen reader, is planned. That review has not been done yet.
Tell us about a problem
Use the contact form with the accessibility topic chosen. Tell us which page you were on and what stopped you. If you like, add the device, browser, and any assistive technology you use, which helps us see the same problem.
If the form itself is the problem, call or text (818) 791-1599 and a person will take the details down.
What happens next
- A person replies within 2 business days.
- We aim to fix the problem within 45 days. If a fix needs longer, we tell you why and give you a new date.
The contractor’s part
This site is a referral service. The estimate, the contract, and any documents or tools the contractor uses are theirs, so a barrier in one of those is theirs to fix, and you can raise it with them directly.
